i made some changes to my allocations this mornining now i just came back from 3:00 break and forgot to turn off shading and its out of virtual memory AGAIN THIS SUCKS i didnt have this problum before mr0304 update

i changed some things and ill see how it goes ...gcode thats what seems to happen to me ill come back to the screen after being at the machine and its hanging ill check what you said ...thanks for the help

data base is set to 400000 and toolpath is set to 200000?????using 592 of ram and i belive ive got a gig of ram

im running a zeon with a a lot of ram and a wildcat video card with 9.1sp2 mr304 patches and when working with solids continually at least 2 or 3 times a week mcam hangs up or i get ..parasolid®kernal interface error ..k1 error 901 modelor has run out of virtual memory ??? is this a mcam thing or my computor i never had problums before latest patches ??? thanks in advance

i saw on ebay a system for the haas that goes where the trap is that supposedly fixes this ????dont have much more than that.. try a search on ebay????

check your coolnt percentage in the summer the water evaporates off and leaves the coolnt strong also we use a defoamer tablets from pc&c in charlotte n.c 704-759-3435 and that helps ...hth

well this will be my last friday till september our company goes to a 4 day work week for the summer ..6:00 am till 6:00 pm 46 hrs aweek we lose some ot$$$ but its worth it to have those 3 day weekends all summer !!!look out fish here i come .... anyone else do something differnt for summer we do it cause the owner has a nice boat in maryland that he wants to enjoy more

we demoed cam works it looks good in the show and tell but once you really see whats its all about mastercam shines britly over this cam system.... with mcam direct you can get your solidworks model with the history tree and then cut it the way YOU want or pull the knowledge from YOUR operation libary the way your company works also if you are going to be hiring programmers there are plenty of mcam programmers out there to chose from how many know camworks ???
