a space in the setup sheet for a little comment.
it depends on what day of the week it is,will the operator go by the map or look at the program.
they don't want to do anything now but push
the button.well talk to ya later.

goes.
marty
first thanks Gismo for your link.thad i also
took yours of the FTP site. but do to the lack of brains here i have no idea what you guys are
talking about. if some one ever gets the time
and email me explaining on how to do this stuff
it would be greatly appreciated, this is getting
pretty intresting. if it is to much work don't waste your time.again thanks for the help. i have been trying to get this set up sheet going, but
it's going slow. have a good day all
marty
hello everybody
i have a small problem.when i finish programing
a detail,i then type out a sheet to what each
tool is and what it will do.today i typed out
a 1/2 em when it should of been a 3/8 em.
well guess what, the operator used the 1/2 em,he didn't see where it said 3/8 em at the top of the program, even though he had to edit the tool
he still missed it.
well here's my question. is there a way i can have mc print out what tools i have in each program.i know this has been covered but i'm
not really sure what i am asking. i don't want
to have to type up a sheet of all my program,s.
i want master cam to do it if this is possible.
thanks for any info on this.

ah yes daughters
i remember my daughters first date like it was yesterday.the kid {tony was his name}came over
and picked her up.i let him in and i just stared at him for a while, you know like wtf do you want with my daughter.well my daughter comes out and says i'm ready to go.i give her a kiss on her
forhead and i turn to the kid with a crazed look
on my face and said, this better be the only kiss she get's tonight.man that was great.ah yes daughters.to this day we still talk about it.

Heavy
not a problem. we use those all the time on hrs
ours are called magic drills. we flush the crap out of them. there great. we drill thru 2,3,4,6 inches
marty
i heard of machines losing there place when
turned off. example if you are running a
program and turn the machine off and go home
your settings would be different when you
turn the machine back on.you would have to
re-pick up.we turn ours off at night if we don't
have anything to run. but who knows
marty
HEAVY is it possible to punch in a high
rpm in the machine, then it would turn
free enough to tram a part in.i know i have
done this on our okuma.
