  1. By smoothing out are you meaning the part needs to be flat?
  2. Yep I have to change one of those out about every 3-4 years on the t-woods we have.
  3. FLat boundaries work great for flat holes or the fill hole. You have to watch that one sometimes also it might not give you the result you want.
  4. O the memories of work past. Hoods, roofs, fenders and various other covers and control panel for Case, John Deere, White, International tractors and combines. All kinds of boat parts and consoles for Mercury, Larson, Lowe. Computer covers and all kinds of plastic covers and some fiberglass from the new job.
  5. That is what I do everytime also Ron if you haven't bumped it or anything it will usually be alright. Been busy here also. At least still going right.
  6. Are you using the thermwood I do the standard tram check out of the book everytime I do a setup on a different type of part. Those machines like to go out of tram pretty easily if everything is not right.
  7. Toolpath, next menu, transform then you select your toolpaths that you want to copy and click on create new operations and geometry, then switch to translate page and give it a dimension you want to translate and which direction etc... good function
  8. Try setting to incremental this is what I use to cut from the bottom up on patterns.

  18. That is too cool glad to see some stuff working good for Nasa again had some bad luck their for a little bit.
  19. I lived that complaining it is just them seeing something different and thinking the way they have been doing it is the only way of doing it. You just have to show them the advantages to doing it the better way. and be patient
