Do you have 9.1 beta3?
If yes, for now I think it's just the scroll zoom that work's
Do you have the MCUtils C-hook from Intercam? It work's very well.
Mark l,
Don't know if somebody answered your first question but for your prog. number, you have to found to witch fs your progno is assigned
ei:
code:
fmt O 4 progno #Program number
and remove the l from the fs2 4
quote:
fs2 4 5 0 6 0l
l is to force the leading zero...
As a fast answer, I would said: Toolpath transform rotate 180 deg. Other than that, check your clearance plane (incremental), check the plane you're using for this operation so that Z is on the good side. Hope it help.
Dans la version 8, si ma mémoire est bonne, tu dois faire la même démarche sauf que, une fois dans le op defaults, il faut que tu "right-click" dans l'espace blanc et sélectionne job setup dans la liste.
One more thing, to continue James's answer.
I think that the product was very good for older mazak controls. On newer fusion controls, there's some features that are'nt in the mazatrol post. I've send a lot of requests to Camaix. Their support is quite good. Be sure that you've the latest version of the product. There's still a lot of improvement to do but compared to others competitor's product, I think it's better. A windows version is under development.
B Whale,
Just a tip,
When you create solid from surf and Mastercam ask you if you want to "create curve on open edges", it meen your surf model have a missing or bad surface.
What I do: At the question, I click Yes and change the current color to a color not used in my drawing(ei:red). After, I delete the solid, Alt-E, select All color (ei:red),done. Now I know exactly where the problem is. So I create a new surf with theses curves and redo solid from surf...
More, you can try analyse, surfaces, Check model.
Hope it help
Do anybody use a kind of "step drilling"?
Something that would look like this:
GOO X2.5 Y3.5 Z2.
G00 Z.05
G01 Z-.5 F10.
G01 Z-1.95 F80.
G01 Z-2.5 F10.
G00 Z.05
Used to drill square tubing...
Thank's
In the tool parameters page of your operation, there's T/C plane button. Click on it and you'll see Work offset. If you put 0, you'll have G54. If you put 1, you'll have G55 (G54+1).
-Set the stock as cylinder in job set-up or custom stock...
-To have more options in 2D toolpath when chaining a solid...like dynamic start in chained contour.
-To be able to set some entitys as features...if I put a vise or clamps, that mcam will tell me if crash in it...
-No more limitations in Verify.
-Be able to draw more than one type of holder.
