Hello, I am trying to setup 2 parts in mastercam - i was wondering if anyone could help? I have attached the solidworks files - i was thinking a 5 axis would do it - but dont know how to set one up cylinder.SLDPRT Main frame.SLDPRT

So next week is Westec 2015 any of you coming? now that it is every other year . If you do please stop by my booth ( Booth#2646) and say hi. it is only 3days this year. We will be showing Cimco Products. Also I will have a computer setup with a brand new 3D connexion Cadmouse and Space Pilot Pro wireless to take for a spin with Mastercam X9 or SolidWorks. Hope to see some of you there.

I.T. has finally decided to give me a new computer, so in the mean time I figured it would be a great idea to update from X5 to X8...I would download X9 online, but you pretty much have to be the IT leader in this company with every admin privilege known to man to do such a task; Long story short our reseller sent us an X8 install a while back and it's easier for me to go the disc install route, I'll update to X9 or 10 when we get a hard install disc. Question I have is, do I need to update my post from X5 to X8...any significant changes, or can I use the same post from X5 when I update?

Good afternoon, Well my problem is: my Mastercam crash every time when starting, I already uninstall and install it like 5 times, I uninstall .Net frameworks, deleted HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CNC Software, Inc.\Mastercam X6 deleted C:\Users\Username\Documents\my mcamx9\config deleted KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CNC Software, Inc.\Mastercam X6\GUI I already reset my laptop to factory condition but no one was the solution. Please help me

Comrades, I have been searching for machining and manufacturing industry-related wall posters to hang in our programming room. Believe or not, I have been have trouble doing so. I called Hass, Mori seki and Cimtech. Those company's said they would look into it; that has been weeks ago. By posters I mean mastercam and machine tool company advertisements types. I can make my own, but there is nothing like the industry posters grew up with. Does anyone know where I can find some posters or wall decals? Thank you, John B

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is a hands-on, project based curriculum that aligns with national standards. Projects are tailored to Secondary/Post-Secondary students and range from beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. While a beginner project may take students through the basic steps, a more advanced project will investigate the concepts and principles behind each task, meeting the focus of true STEM integration. The Ruler Project will feature Basic Measurement, Building the Ruler and Additional STEM activities. The project begins with a review of mathematical concepts related to measurement and then describes the tools used in everyday measurement. Students will then be exposed to designing and manufacturing a ruler followed by completing hands-on STEM-oriented activities, research and journal writings to enhance literacy skills. Hi guys I am trying to set up my probing/probe. I have now heard through our local Mastercam salesman that this "ad-on" software "Productivity +" ONLY functions with a Renishaw probe????? Is anyone else using the "in-built" probing software within Mastercam, using a different brand of probe? I have a MARPOSS - T25 probe. Cheers Justin
