all in a little garage hobby shop.

 

sure its a little cramped but its not far to walk from the machines to the inspection dept or tool crib

 

The saw and raw stock department is about 3 feet away from the main shop floor. :D

We are running. Haas Vf1, Haas VF2, Haas VF3, Yang Eagle 1000, Okuma LB15, Bridgeport with a Proto Trak plus control and a Epilog 35 watt laser.

Next week we will have these machines on display in our showroom.

 

Okuma LT300MY - Twin spindle, twin turret big bore bore. This machine fill be featuring Sandvik tooling and Command live tooling including a M-spindle driven push slotter.

Okuma MB5000H - Horizontal mill featuring new Matrix tool changer, TCPC and Caron TMAC adaptive spindle monitoring and control.

Okuma LB3000EX MY - Single turret single spindle set up and featuring Iscar/Mastercam Groove-turn operations and Von Ruden live tooling.

Okuma M460VE - Small great priced bridge style vertical mill. Set up feauring Iscar/Mastercam HEM dynamic toolpaths.

 

Hardinge GS200MSY - Slant lathe with Y axis and sub spindle. This machine is set up to make yo-yos as give-aways to any customers that visit our showroom.

Hardinge GX1300 vertical mill. This mill will be set up and programmed using the resident Fanuc manual guide i conversational control features.

 

Chiron FZ-12KS- The Chiron people will be setting these up next week for demonstration so I don't know what they have planned.
