I don't have Vericut.

I didn't import anything but operations, which don't contain entities.

Kinda wierd

I think some toolpaths create geometry while they are regenning.

They do it in screen background color and it should get deleted when regen is complete.

If it really bugs you, see if you can find it,

That might give you an idea of where it came from

I've got a lot of stock models & opti-paths on this file, I suppose that could be it.

I would check your default wireframe, surface and solid color and try to avoid using whatever your background colors are set to, if you are using gradient colors then avoid using both of those gradient colors for Surfaces, Solids and wireframe. As others have mentioned some Mastercam functions need to create their own geometry so even if you were not creating the geometry the tools you use may create it which is why its important to use colors that are not the same as your background.

 

In my opinion that's a great warning and something we want to have because if we were not warned you and prompted to change their colors it would probably be quite difficult to see those entities.
