  2. Create curve on one edge and select each edge. No sense having ends that join them if using contour. Not sure contour is the best choice but without see the file. Is it from billet or casting ect and what (how rigid) the machine is or what the setup is.

  4. Here's the Renishaw InspectionPlus manual. I believe it's the most current. If it's not, there's only subtle differences. PQI usually uses O95nn to avoid conflictswith Machine Tool Builder MACROs. Most Renishaw installations however stay true to what's in the Renishaw manual (O98nn) #135 - #149 Variables never change AFAIK. https://www.dropbox.com/s/tlv3673fvuxssvf/H-5755-8600-03-A - InspectionPlus Manual.pdf?dl=0

  5. That's some serious BITD. Dave T. and Chris Bullines were ruling the roost then. Those were the days @Rekd™. Those were the days.

  12. Your request is a pretty involved project to do over an internet forum. I would suggest that you contact your Okuma distributor and hire them to help get it going.

  13. Click on the Question mark in the operations manager. Then in the Help dialog box, click on the hyper-link for "Toolpath Manager quick reference". At the bottom of the list of icon is the clock. From the help entry: Batch - Operation has been marked "to Batch" on the Tool parameters tab in the operation parameters dialog box. "Batch" means to set the operation to batch mode, to be processed separately from other operations using Mastercam's batch processing utility. (Not available in Mastercam Wire.) Please see Batch processing toolpath operations for additional information. Basically there is a "To batch" check box in the lower left hand corner of the "toolpath parameters page in every operation. Make sure that check box is not checked... HTH,

  14. www.rhino3d.com is worth looking at. It is a very powerfull and low cost complement to Mastercam and even Solidworks. There are resellers with prices as low as $600.
