  1. My InHouse NL2500 post outputs M13 or M14 depending on Face or Radial. Sounds like you just need to switch the direction codes in the post.
  2. Anyway to get the "Material" to output correctly? It used to pull from the Machine but now it doesn't? Thanks, Josh-
  3. Machine Definition Manager/Edit General Machine Parameters (button next to Control Definition button)/Tool-Materials Libraries
  4. Matte. Nice and soft on the eyes. Dim the lights in the room and it's even better.
  5. Sorry, mine is a 27" not a 32". 27" is plenty big and is crystal clear. The primary workstation uses this 27": http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824112019 Secondary Workstation uses this 23": http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16824112020
  6. I don't use duals any more. I recommend a 32" LCD. I have a SCEPTRE 32" and would never go back to duals!!
  7. Here's what my program headers look like. I re-write the common coordinates so the top/center of the pallet is xyz zero. This is for a Mori Horizontal. G90 G10 L2 P0 X-11.0236 Y-25.1968 Z-28.7402 (OVERWRITE MACHINE COMMON COORDINATES) G90 G10 L20 P1 X0. Y0. Z0. B0. ( G54.1 P1 ) G90 G10 L20 P2 X0. Y0. Z0. B0. ( G54.1 P2 ) G90 G10 L20 P3 X0. Y0. Z0. B0. ( G54.1 P3 ) G90 G10 L20 P4 X0. Y0. Z0. B0. ( G54.1 P4 )
  8. Just a little update. Here's what I use for my errors. stoollengthoffserror = "OPERATION # " + sOpSeqNo + " - TOOL # " + stoolno + " - LENGTH OFFSET IS SET TO #" + stoolngno stooldiameteroffserror = "OPERATION # " + sOpSeqNo + " - TOOL # " + stoolno + " - DIAMETER OFFSET IS SET TO #" + stooloffno scoolantisoffserror = "OPERATION " + sOpSeqNo + ": COOLANT IS TURNED OFF" This will tell me what operation, what tool number and what the offset number is since I sometimes use multiple offsets for the same tool. This allows to me either continue or exit posting. Josh-

  10. I have the same error but mine tells me what Operation. It doesn't help to if you have 400 Op's and you don't know which one is bad I have a thread on here somewhere that outlines how it was implemented. Josh-
  11. That's great. What do you do when you have a lathe with 3 different tools in one holder???? Or even a mill with multiple offsets for one tool??? My favorite is when you renumber a tool and go back and it says one tool yet in the tool list it has a totally different tool highlighted as being used. This is very serious and scary stuff. Josh-
  12. Mark, I can only hope you don't experience MasterCam randomly outputting an H0 and sending the spindle at rapid Z straight into the vise. I have and I have to say X6 has made this situation even more real. Josh-
  13. Mark, I have to say your post is pretty insulting. I'm glad it's working so well for you but obviously others are having major issues, myself included. Josh-
  14. That's why I have alarms in all my posts...... I bet if you clicked on that tool again it would change to D32! I had a file today if I renumbered the tools it would delete half of them from the op's manager. They still showed as being used but were not in the tool list any more
  15. Give Carl at http://www.lakeshorecarbide.com/ a call. All his tooling is top notch and his prices can't be beat. Made in the USofA!
  16. I'm not sure why I even waste my breathe. Maybe I should wait until CNC deems it necessary to turn "Coolant On" by default. I know CNC would rather the 0.01% that don't use coolant control the product... We have FBM though!
  17. My favorite part of Stock Model is when you have multiples and the third starts generating before the second one is done. I love getting annoying alarms and having to select and regenerate the stock models one at a time.
  18. Here's one: Create these shapes and chain with 2D Dynamic Core Mill. It turns the "avoidance" into your part.... I must be missing something as this seems broken any way I use "Avoidance with 2D Dynamic Core Mill
