Another option is to use colours to differentiate the geometry then use a quick mask.
I am big on using levels, colours etc to separate everything whenever possible.
We still do it! Not as often now..... but for proto-typing it is needed. Making reamers (D shape bits), grinding HSS lathe bits, making boring bars and internal threading tools, facing tools etc.
I had a guy here and he would free hand grind the bottom of the end mills, they worked well after!!! He would sharpen drills down to 0.02" by hand.
A lot of unknown's.......what machine? What is the tolerance/ surface finish requirements? Possibly it could be roughed and then finished with a sink edm (assuming the vibration on the mill is too much).

Not 100% sure of what you are trying to do but you could mirror it and the plane you want to mirror it from. You could use Dynamic transform. You could use a Toolpath Transform...
Again I am not sure what you are try to do. Possibly link a file or a photo of what you are trying to do.
