  1. After selecting all the operations, right click -Edit Selected Operations - Change NC File Name - Rename your file.
  2. Surface High Speed Radial should work. If you need to meet into a shoulder use Blend to cut this area.
  3. One thing I can't stand is that "glow highlighting"...turn that crap off for good!!!!!
  4. Different product....I don't have any experience with it.
  5. Possibly it is a stock/ part flip issue but without a file to look at it is only a guess.
  6. Another option is to use colours to differentiate the geometry then use a quick mask. I am big on using levels, colours etc to separate everything whenever possible.
  7. HSM advisor does I believe.
  8. Look up Fanuc Macro B programing.
  9. A Macro would be the choice for this.
  10. Not related but some chemical machining. https://www.shimifrez.com/services
  11. I assume it is chemically done. This is how they do Razor blades I think.
  12. Just assuming there is some chemically sharpening happening at small diameters?
  13. We still do it! Not as often now..... but for proto-typing it is needed. Making reamers (D shape bits), grinding HSS lathe bits, making boring bars and internal threading tools, facing tools etc. I had a guy here and he would free hand grind the bottom of the end mills, they worked well after!!! He would sharpen drills down to 0.02" by hand.
  14. Didn’t think it was possible but this person looks like they made it work.
  15. A lot of unknown's.......what machine? What is the tolerance/ surface finish requirements? Possibly it could be roughed and then finished with a sink edm (assuming the vibration on the mill is too much). Hopefully this isn't a quoted job!!!!!!!
  16. Without a file not sure what you are looking for. Sync mode might be what you are looking for?
  17. Very well done @Aaron Eberhard!!
  18. Not 100% sure of what you are trying to do but you could mirror it and the plane you want to mirror it from. You could use Dynamic transform. You could use a Toolpath Transform... Again I am not sure what you are try to do. Possibly link a file or a photo of what you are trying to do.
