Draw a 2" circle at Z0.0, then a .5" circle at Z.5, then draw a line connecting endpionts. Now create a solid using sweep. This gives the error of planar chain set, but loft will work. Is the problem the line connecting the two arcs? I've read other threads on this issue, but are mostly on slines and no explanation or work around.
Thanks

Count me in.
I know I'm not the most efficient programmer around, but I too have been using MC since ver 4 and has come along way BAABBBYYYY and this forum has also helped me along the way.
I'm having a problem rotating a part using the wcs in 9.1, so I went to 9.0 sp1 and it worked the the way I wanted it to. But here lies the problem, the geometry has toolpaths created in 9.1 but nothing in 9.0 sp1. I know this happens in different versions like going from 9.0 to 8.1.1, so does this also happen within versions?
Hope u understand the babble.
Kathy,
That is what I want to do. The geometry is at 6 o'clock and I want it at 12 o'clock in the FRONT wcs plane so I can machine it.

I have a drawing that I am working on in the FRONT wcs. What I like to do is have the drawing rotated 180 degrees for a new wcs plane, is this possible?
The affected toolpaths were also in a transform toolpath. So when u regen 1 toolpath, the transforms toolpath also regens which in turn regens all toolpaths associated to the transform toolpath. Phew!!!!! Make sense.
Hello all,
When I make a change on a drawing and have to regenerate my toolpaths, all toolpaths regenerate even if I just choose 1 toolpath. Is this right?
Sorry James,

J-S is argueably the best goal tender of all time Reports: Roy To Retire After 18 NHL Seasons
Goalie Is Only Three-Time Conn Smythe Winner
POSTED: 1:49 p.m. EDT May 27, 2003
DENVER -- Colorado Avalanche goaltender Patrick Roy will announce his retirement Wednesday after 18 NHL seasons, according to an Associated Press source.
Roy, 37, arguably the best goaltender in league history, has scheduled a news conference for Wednesday at 2 p.m. EDT.
Roy won four Stanley Cup championships, two with Montreal and two with Colorado. He's the game's only three-time Conn Smythe Trophy winner as the MVP of the playoffs, and is the NHL career leader among goalies in wins with 551 and in games played with 1,029.
He's been bothered by arthritic hips in the past few years, and has made clear he wants to follow the career of his oldest son, Jonathan, a goalie who will start playing in Quebec this fall.
Roy's retirement plans were first reported by the Daily Camera of Boulder, Colo., Monday.
But I have to say, I hope the Ducks are Mightier.
