What do you mean about extra digits? Places after the decimal I presumed.
Try screen/configure/nc settings/"Number of places after decimal point for nci files" to 3.
Thanks for the quick replies.
Dr. Olds,
I am trying to filter tools to accommedate(sp)the toolpath.
Bucket Head,
That seems like alot of workaround.
Zero,
I don't recall ever having to do that before.I would open a toolpath, select a tool and the next page would say 35 out of 315 tools active. Now I lost that. That suxs.
Hello forum members,
My problem is when after selecting a toolpath, like surface finish contour, I go to the tool library to pick my tool, all the tools show up.I remembered before that just the tools that fit the toolpath would show, like just sphere mills. Is there something I'm missing to do?
Thanks
dan m,
So your saying that your graphics screen is showing 4 different views of a part so that as you move your mouse all about the screen a box hi-lites a viewport, and your able to print all 4 views at once. That is interesting, could it be a video card issue?
ccd1062,
I've tried but can't remember how I did it.Did it just that one time. I tried what two words and Bullines said and that didn't work. Hopefully somebody else can shed some light on the subject. Sorry
Bucket,
Create-drafting-globals-dimensions attributes, there is a checkbox auto center, uncheck it.

Hello all,
I'm using the wcs for the first time. I created a toolpath in the wcs side, then mirrored that toolpath in the 'y' axis. I backplotted both toolpaths and looked great. Here's where the problem lies, in verify the mirrored toolpath went berzerked, nowhere near what the original looks like. Also another problem is when running the mirrored toolpath thru my post,it didn't mirrored, it posted identical to the original toolpath. I've uploaded the file to the ftp called wcs problem.mc9. I don't have clue where to look. I'm using V9.1 but also tried it in V9.0sp1 and did the same.
Check this out. Go to this website. Go to 1984 read the message and then click on CompuCam, there's a footnote.
Just a little history lesson.

Another suggestion is F9 then fit to screen. There should be a
scale legend on the bottom left corner. The greater the number, the further away the geometry is away from the crosshairs.
Please let us know if anything works.
Dan,
Try turning on one level only at a time and fit to screen. Do this for each level.I get files that have a gap of 200 inches of space in between geometry so fitting to screen is impossible.
