Yes Lucky Thats what I,v been doing all along. But thats a lot of extra work(Steps) just to do that.
Create a mill Diameter & just drag & click that sucker to your positions .....Bing Bang Boom...Your Done!
Oh yea !!!!!it would be nice to add an Ortho lock to Dynamic facing mouse machining with Toggle on/off

Mastercam cannot do simple facing Dynamic mouse machining. Create a mill Diameter( circle) & drag & click....There are times when the facing toolpath parameters pages verge on over kill just to do simple facing ... Sometime I would like to vary the crossover stepover amount so i can get a better finnish & shorten the cycle time!
Control !...Simply put, Lots of control over the tool paths! There are Sooo..many work arounds & tricks inside Mastercam to keep me Happy for years to come!
I gotta back kathy up on dumping Mastercams hard numbering for unique level names. At the same time i would like to add unique line style thickness & color to each layer!
Save Stl as a surface file...then conver that surface file to a solid.....
To convert a stl to a suface youll need another program like GEomagic.

Live & learn
A Multi Post Processer Manager!
Imagine a configrable Dialog box((((Page))) were you can set up all your shop floor post on ONE Figgin Page.
This Page can be set up in a custom manner that will reflect your shop floor machine tool arrangments.
Have a nice DAY
Add a SUBPROGRAM un-limited point to point (((NONuniform ))))selection option to the transform toolpath translate / Transform Operation Parameters box.
The current setup is limited to one point to point ...Rectangular,polar,Between Veiws,& between points.
I wanna subprogram numbering manager !!!!!!
That way the the subprogram numbering can reflect the main program numbering ,the programmer greater eaze & Control of subprogram numbering post output!
Thanks

I agree that the Fadals get the job done. My biggest problem its that crappy tool turret that hangs up. To eazy for chips to contaminate tool holders.& no hard limit axis Zero return with over travel limits.
I dont trust those alignment marks for axis zero.
Yasnac m80i
If its has those extended work Offset Like J1 G54 to 58......J2 g54 to G58...J3 G54 to G58 And so on. With stage next tool.
