"Vericut is the best there is" +1000 10 Millturns, 10 5x mills, dozen or so 4ax mills, etc..etc.. still evolving with swiss machines but making progress. -
+1 on Chris's method. works well on all our millturns, Mori's and Naks.

I often have to modify my stock boundry to get what I want. -
even with chiller and scales, sometimes warm-up cycles are needed.

I Proto-typed a part 6 months ago. I did everything in inch, tools etc.. Now its going production, print and sketches etc will be in Metric. I would like to be able to check a box and repost it in metric. I've always believed that you had to scale the geo etc, but after seing Partmaker and Esprit and I think even geopath (way back) had the ability post out in metric or inch. Is there something I'm missing ???

we use them alot. anything that close and Id want to skinny them. the alternive would be to dedicate the chuck for the job and not remove the jaws.

If you don't know.. then maybe you shouldn't. Back it up 1st, then use any editor. I prefer Cimco for post work.
