Sorry, I don't have X4
Do a search (search is right under the 'New Poll' button above) for "forced output" and read about the various changes to the post processor.
You will need to add a f or * at the prout and pzout lines in the post. Hopefully someone can chime in with better information.
ALWAYS SAVE A COPY OF YOUR POST BEFORE MAKING CHANGES !!!!

Hi tnevy, welcome to the forum!!
You need to give more information:
what ver of Mastercam are you using, what should the code look like, what does the code look like now. Is it a Miltronics control and what version.
Also, it's Friday night, you may not get much help until Monday.
^^^^ another way to 'skin the cat'
I don't think he has to project the geo, just toolpath it with 0 tool dia, filter with arcs enabled, backplot and save as geometry.
.
conv2arcs will only work if the spline is circular in shape. If the spline is circular and straight (like a 'J'), you can split it into 2 or more pieces and then try conv2arcs again.
Sometimes you have to create-point-dynamic on the spline and use create-arc-3pts to get what you want.
Also, you may have to 'xform-squash' it to make sure it is all in one plane.
