Thanks Jim, I wanted to create a seperate toolbar, because I don't like doing the drop down every time I need to change my selection choice. I guess its just one of the things you have to get used to. BTW, You guys did a very nice job on this release. THANKS.

John, It does not work that way. Once you make a selection the lock come off.

I created a toolbar with the selection choices, so I didn't have to go to a drop down all the time, I could just pick what I wanted My question is how can I lock my selection from the toolbar? X2

I agree with gcode, need at least a 20" monitor. I have a 24" wide screen and works very well. I don't like the idea of spreading MC over two monitors, because you have to move your mouse a country mile to get around the screen. -
So I guess that it is not really out yet.

If you go to system, configuration, you are probably going to find that the system is in metric. If you switch this over to English, it will scale the part over to English for the dimensions also.

I thought the same thing. Was begining to think the computer was locked up. Would be nice if there weas some kind of percentage showing or something.

3rd String, That is what I have found to work the best. Kind of a pain, but at least I get the file open. I have noticed there are fewer errors when doing this also.

Jeff, There is a file on the ftp called jeffsolid-1.zip. It follows the radius on the inside of the pocket. If you wnat to have it follow the corners you will have to extrude wach side and then pout the chamfers on. If you are looking for the corners with the chamfers I can do that if that is what you need. HTH

Thad, I have several 2D toolpaths on certain jobs and each one is on a different level. In the name I put what each one does. If there was a way to show me that this particular toolpath is on this level and it is that color it would make it easier to let me know what each toolpath does.

The othe thing is the order. When you make a report and print it out, how does it come up with the order of the levels. I would think it should go in numerical order and not all over the place. I like the idea of putting the color in the level set Richard.

Before you hit the Enter you have to window all the arcs, it will pick all the arcs, but after you hit enter only the arcs that you masked will show.

Were your config. files stored on the "old server"? Can you still get to them? Sounds like MC is tring to look in the old server and can't find the path. Don't know why it is crashing. -
