  1. using x4 and a modified mpmaster post (also tried the mpmaster post same results) my a axis does not index correctly on the last toolpath and i receive errors when i post. i did the debug and can't seem to find what's wrong. i uploaded a zip2go file called "testing a" in the x4 file folder. first toolpath wpc is top and t/c is top, next wpc top and t/c front, next wpc is top and t/c bottom and last wpc top and t/c back. if i just selct first two it posts fine no errors, but select first three, i receive an error but code is good. when i select all four the last index position should be a270. but is a180. thanks all
  2. hi-jack on when I import a stp/step file as a solid I turn on in the Options field "Solids" and "edge curves", should i also turn on "use surface stiching to import Solids"? using X4
  3. it seems it will not recognize any of the drilling functions, i deleted the english version and ran it in german with the same results.
  4. yes, to both. i just re-installed your original x+ for x4 and it worked fine.so then deleted original and installed new version and lang and i still have the same problem. i do notice at the bottom left the tool list is the number 7 which is how many tools it displays. i'll do a ziptogo and email you.
  5. Mic6 it is located on the FTP in the chooks folder. on another note, i installed the new version and have a file with 12 tools but when i create the tool list tools 1 thru 5 list it skips 6 thru 10 then shows 11-12. i tried just checking 6 thru 10 and nothing shows up. anyone have a clue?
  6. is this different then the previous x+ for x4?
  7. on a standard 3 axis vertical mill with a kurt vise on the table. On certain jobs i have listed on my set up sheet that the "Y AXIS ZERO IS THE BACK VISE JAW" pretty clear to all my operators except one. he actually located off the back side of the back vise jaw and wondered what was wrong. this is supposedly a veteren machinist and did this twice. no longer here.
  8. black background and green (#10) for geometry and using the remaining 16 standard colors for various items.

  10. possible bug? when i verify my wirepath it does not show the stock being cut. turns out if i have "suppress all wire threads" and "suppress all wire cuts" checked on the cut parameters page MC will NOT verify correctly. When i uncheck them then verify works fine. anyone else notice this?
