  1. Dave, if you don't want to draw extra geometry, why not just give it a high feedrate for plunge, that way all your retracts will remain in tact. hth

  8. Clarence, the point is to generate arcs and not lines in order to reduce the amount of code

  14. after using dynamic mill for a pocket, do you guys go back with the regular pocket tool path to finish the floor and sides? i did'nt see a finish option in dynamic mill. thanks
  15. r&dcnc, they just won't send you the job then. i see some of our guys struggle with metric as well, i don't know why. as everyone has said they're just units of measurement... done. of course maybe the tool industry can have a cash for clunkers program to trade in your "inch" tools and buy the shiny sleek effecient "metric" tools.

  17. Gunther, i was able to edit the tlist.css by adding some lines to maintain column widths. for the setup sheets i would have to edit the "format_sheet.xlt" whether i'm using "Format_Sheet.xss" or "XSETUPSHEET.xss" correct?
  18. when creating a tool list i want to adjust the width of the columns, do i edit the "format_sheet.xlt" and/or macros in that sheet?
  19. BINGO +10000 Josh took awhile to sink in what you meant. i see why i was getting the error the bottom and back views are rotated 180 compared to the top and front view. so the post thought there was a b axis. thanks josh.
  20. Thanks but isn't that the point of using wpc set at top and the t/c set to back? it should set me at 270 degrees at that point?
