8 Vertical mills, should of been 9, but the truck didn't show this morning. Program, fixture design, ect. Help with Inspection, setups, material check in, fixture build. All in a short run job shop. In my spare time I make almost as much coffee as I drink!

3 - 4 axis Mori NV 5000

2 - 4 Axis Fadals

1 Mori Jr (soon to be retired and replaced with another NV5000)

 

1 - 4 axis lathe

 

and soon adding by the end of the year

 

4 - 2 axis lathes

All Hitachi Seiki except one Milltronics RH19 mill.

 

7 VMC'S 1 with 4th Axis and 1 with 5 Axis.

2 HMC's with 4th Axis.

 

Support CNC Lathe dept.(5 total one has 5 axis and live tooling).

Support Wire EDM dept. (2 sodicks).

Support Tool Room (6 Proto Traks and EZ Traks).

We have

lathes doble spindle + C axis

4axis vertical and horizontal mills

The Wasino works as vertical/horizontal mill + as a vertical lathe.

To Stuart C,

I saw that you listed a SNK 5-axis gandry.

is your W axis programable?

The reason I ask we just recently got one

and my post is just 5 axis.

and I have trouble with running out ouf z travel when I have to rotate B axis very far.

and that turns into hand editing tapes to stay

within limits.
