how many machines do you program

just curious how many machines on the average does everyone program. i take care of 7 mills soon to be eight machines. plus run cmm sometimes. also help with set ups.

I saw that you listed a SNK 5-axis gandry.

is your W axis programable?

The reason I ask we just recently got one

and my post is just 5 axis.

and I have trouble with running out ouf z travel when I have to rotate B axis very far.

and that turns into hand editing tapes to stay

within limits.
