I have to agree elad! but maybe not only women but youngters like us too.

there's 2 women here (Philippines).

 

One is with the local reseller, she has worked there ever since mastercam was introduce here in the philippines. Another is a user who I trained when I was working for the reseller.

 

and maybe more... I had 24 students in a mastercam course in an institute here, 5 of them are women. and that was 1998, I dont know if they had practice mastercam after that... And they are still teaching mastercam in that institute.

Hey Guys,

 

My wife was a machinist. She then became a Machine shop programer using Bravo. Now she programs CNC punches, CNC lasers & uses MC V9 to program CNC mills. Plus she can still go out on the floor and put 90% of the guys where we work to shame. Be careful what you wish for. More women like her and we might be out of jobs

O/t topics get more hits because they are usually topics of interest where mastercam questions are normally answered in just a few posts. That is a tribute to, not only the knowledge, but the willingness to share it that resides in this forum. My hat is off to all who endeaver to help in the forum.
