This engine has been in production since the early 60's. Many of the aluminum forgings

you see in the photo are now being machined from solid billet. I've been working on different

parts of this engine for the past 2 years.

It is the 3rd stage of the rockets they put satillites in orbit with

Well just finished a master model out of Acrlyic for a prototpye shower head had over 1986 surfaces. It took a total of 60 hours of run time. It had to be optically clear when all said and done. I ended up wit habout 150 mb of toolpaths. We are also doing t omaster mdoles for antoehr prototype our of ABS and soem other Master Models out of ABS as ideas of what injected molded parts would look like about 16 x 14 x .420 thick with about 85% material removable. I am also working on a Aluminum Casting Job that is Rela Pain in the But and trying to get 2 new machine bought at this time.

Im working this week on a 1/4 scale ren model of a protoype atv quad.

The design belongs to Mark Gonzalas(an extremely talented ID guy btw) who was kind enough to let me put his vision in to a solid form.

The quad will displayed at the "APMM 2003 Conference this weekend" in Costa Mesa,if any body is going to this convention feel free to stop by and check it out.Heck you even get to met the one and only "Crazymill Man" he'll be their as well at our "Forcast 3d" booth. I will post pics of it as soon as I get paint on it.

Im also making these multi ribbed, multi part, housing's that are 13" by 13" by .550 out of "ABS". Both projects must be done by friday.
