If not u could look at the posts on ur MC cd.

It has 2 or 3 Okuma posts on it I think.

If u r messin, hang around awhile cuz therz sum fellas that will hook ya right up .........lol

MPLOKUMA from the V9.1 CD is a very good post that will get you very close to where you want to go

 

Earlier MPLOKUMA versions... not so much

The Okuma post in the V9.1 CD is the closes the M Potter is going to get.

We have a lathe LB15 beside others Okuma and we started with the MPLOKUMA from version 9.1 for our lathe post and after a few tweaks it works the way we liked included all the canned cycles

I don't believe Okuma has changed there programming format in about 25 years. Or at least the last 12 years I have been runnung them. Ran a 1974 Lc40 and it has the same format as our 2002 Crown. Same with the mills.

Scott the Okumas are pretty much the same, variables and LAP cycles change over time but the basic format is really similar. My comment was about the V9.1 post vs the older ones; the older MPLOKUMA posts were a pain in the a$$ because they really weren't specifically developed for the control.

 

The new one is great...

 

...except that you have to paste the entire Misc Ops section from MPLFAN into it to get them to work

 

I'm assuming this is fixed for V10 .
