I found a solution! You must add the macro while inside Probing. Use Gcode block feature to write code inside production plus. That way it does not over write manual entry.
So I added a Gcode block before and after my probing cycle and it worked perfectly. My code was nested inside of Production Plus's when posted!
Check your water hardness and what else is in it. This effects coolant big time.
The water hardness wont let the coolant mix correctly.
We run cast iron on one job. We have to change the filters more often.
5th axis copied the Lang with the quick change 4 pins process. It is really slick process Lang developed years ago. Raptor has their process. Jergens, Kurt and Gerardi has a 5 Axis system.
You can use the Product Selector page and it will get you going in a good direction. Link
5th Axis Vices and 5th Axis CG Inc my company are not affiliated and only share part of a name I can recommend their products just like I can many others.
316sst is not necessarily "hard". The molybdenum in 316 does make it a lot tougher and more chemical resistant than 304sst. What you need to watch out for with an uncoated carbide drill is the accumulation of heat to the point that the cobalt can no longer hold on the the carbide at a faster pace. If you start seeing notches in your drill then you will need to cut the rpm. If your drill has a web point you need to either give it a split point or cut the rpm to lessen the heat. I would go 80 to 100 sfm.
to set defaults on CAD operations,
We use the command "Break Many" alot
with it set to Curves and a tolerance of .0002
failure to set the command to those values can scrap very expensive and irreparable castings.
It would be nice with the Command opened with those setting instead on
5 and Lines
