Try create boundry box. This is what i like to do to start out.

Sand Paper will take care of it. You can probably start with 280 grit if the marks arent too bad.

Flowline doesnt like multiple surfaces very well.Try one at a time or a different toolpath

try alt o to turn it off then settings toolbars states and save your default startup one.

I was just wondering how this works in metric. I guess what the density would be for say Aluminum-6061 and what units the mass is in.

Go to settings, config, toolpaths (third from bottom)check "suppress associativity warning messages" under general settings. This is for X2 by the way.

How about the little calculator next to the depth parameter.You can add the tip to flat value in their.

Actually I would like this to become an option perhaps. Loading the toolbar state isn't a big deal just it would be a nice if they couln't move at all.

Try merging the other way around. Ex: You have part "A" open and merging "B" Try opening "B" and merge "A".

If you drag and copy a toolpath the last toolpath drops below the arrow.So it appears to move.

We are in the works of purchasing a Mori with this type of control.Cant seem to find much info on the control.Wondering if anyone has any opinions good or bad about it.

Make sure you dont you have keep tool down checked in your depth cuts.

Tim, Go to analyze- test surfaces and solids-analyze test surfaces.That should find any problems.

They seperated for that reason.I went through and got rid of unwanted machine defs. too.
