  1. Select the toolpaths you want to display and then click Alt-T.
  2. Always learning!!!! Thank you for showing me this!!!!!
  3. I made a video of the different methods above. https://www.dropbox.com/s/d3z58zc9sgdub6e/Solids_Chamfer.mp4?dl=0
  4. The other option to model them is to download a flat head screw solid model from McMaster-Carr and do a Boolean remove with the screw in the proper placement.
  5. If you are wanting to model the countersinks use Solid Chamfer - Distance and Angle.
  6. You could use a 3d toolpath to surface the slope of the countersink with a ball nose end mill. Wouldn't be as quick as countersinking though.
  7. Another option is to bump the Min Radius up to 0.01" in the Control Definition for this file and see if that solves it. Also set the Min Arc length to 0.005".
  8. If you have access to the Mastercam file you will have access to the local Control Definition on that file.
  9. In your Control Definition what is the "Min arc radius"? It is default 0.0005, this can cause problems on FANUC controls.
  10. This usually happens when you are using a custom plane in a toolpath. In the planes manager click on the Top and turn the WCS on for Top.
  11. Read here on how Inverse Time feed rates are calculated. The
  12. I checked by posting some code and that is not affecting the code, no need to change the maxfrinv
  13. Your control definition is set to Degree/min for the 4th axis rotary in the file you linked. The Max Inverse feed rate is set to 1000 in the Machine definition. The post has a 0 value for the maxfrinv value as well.
  14. There isn't anything in that file?
  15. Here is a link to the one I created. I have one with the housing and one without. This has the housing https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3i6a75w8cu2knm1/AADM1k7Yi2khLNp8CH7xQwOva?dl=0
  16. I made a DNM4500 Machsim and it worked fine. What solid model did you use for the machine?
  17. Copy it to a new level and see if you alter it. Other option is to remove the history on the model with Model Prep.
  18. You are trying to alter the wireframe geometry that drives the solid model most likely.
  19. The best part about buying a new post would be getting support....
  20. Thank you for paying your maintenance......these "un documented features" will be addressed in a future release!!!!!! :D~~~~~
