Hi,
You might want to machine slots in your jaws instead of holes and c/bores that way you don't have to take the screws all the way out everytime you change jaws.
Hi Thad,

I've also had problems changing the order of my ops. I select "move after" and instead it will move it before the op that is before the one that I have highlighted. Have you tried dragging and dropping your ops? It's less clicks.
Hi,
I have had this same problem pulling ops from the library and getting screwed up order of cuts.
Thad,
To pull directly from a file go to job setup and hit the Import tab.

Hi,
We have the Renishaw system as well and it is an invaluable tool for our Maintenance Dept. We would like to run it every 3 months but sometimes work gets in the way. As far as spindle goes our Mazaks run with spindle off no problem. Must be a parameter on the machine control is my first guess.

Well I can only speak for myself here but I grew up in Iowa and I watched the news and saw 36° for Des Moines and then I saw 77° for San Jose today.
Couple other things I like here are the mountains and the ocean both of which Iowa doesn't have.
I could go on and on, but so could others about the not so good things here. Freedom of choice is a great thing about being American.
$20 Hr. will get almost up to the poverty level.
Existence living at best.
$30 Hr. will get to the poverty level and now you can turn on the electric and water.
$40 Hr. I must be dreaming.

Hi Andrew,
Maybe instead of complaining about Americans you could use that good ol' Canadian engineering of yours and Conceive,Design, and Manufacture your own Canadian cars and trucks instead of bashing the people that were nice enough to give you work in the first place. Sorry to go off but you can't expect nothing less from us Fat Lazy Americans.
Hi Hugh,
You can run the verify option in backplot that
shows your toolpath but it isn't the same as the NC Verify that runs in a separate window. The verify you're thinking of is actually a 3rd party software that runs inside MC

Hi jeff,
In your post go to Format Statements section.
There you'll find what you're looking for.
I recommend you make a copy before anything else.
If your comfortable editing post files you can make these changes yourself or ask your reseller to help you out.
