if the Display surface/plane intersections was selected, and also if the part was shaded or not...
nope the display surface and the shading were both off.

this is a good one for you all that have babies and are going to teach ASL to them. very cool thing to do with your child. i wish that i would have done it with both of them and a little sooner.
when I analyze an enitiy that is used to make or edit a solid isn't the Geometry Refs supossed to read 1 not 0 ? if not then what is the geometry refs for?
thanks you
Jody
We have an Agie Classic 2S the guys that run it use the software that Agie recommends Peps . it is a pain to draw and modify geometry but it works great with the Agie. We use Mastercam Draft to draw and manipulate the geometry much easier and faster.
If someone is using Mastercam to run an Agie i would like to take to them. We do have ver.9 wire but don't use it yet.

(what is Hyper Threading ????????) if you understand this is what bullines said awhile back
quote:
Technically, apps aren't directly written to support hyperthreading. If a well-developed app was written to take advantage of tried and true multi-threading, then it'll support hyperthreading on hardware that supports it. In other words, a multi-threaded app is a multi-threaded app until it runs on an Intel CPU that supports hyperthreading. Then it magically becomes a hyperthreaded app. i dont know if that says what youare wondering but it does say something way over my head about hyperthreading.

Iskander,
thanks i am going to play with it right now. how do you know which setting to use xyz unspecified,uv unspecified, always read xyz or always read uv?
i leave it to what it defaults to, unless it comes in so bad that i can tell what is good or bad. then i try the other settings. sometimes that helps?
thank you sir.
