    There is some calculation being performed on every line, in the case of the error file you attached, from line 150 through line 288. You could try commenting out the old "bug1$", "bug2$" & "bug4$" lines to see if they are the problem.

    So, after my reseller and me still couldn't get it to work. I started over, created a suface from solid, untrimmed it, reversed the normal, extended each side 2", performed project to surface with my existing geometry...and it worked just fine. I guess Mastercam was just ready for the weekend on Friday afternoon and gave me the finger.

    While I understand that it is working on many folks systems, it is not working on the systems of at 3 of here. My reseller is going to do a remote session with me after he gets in the office. I'll report the results back here if we discover a solution...to the "fixed" issue.

    I'm set to defaults. I'm not getting any warnings like usual. It doesn't show the preveiw and clicking the green arrow closes the dialog, like MC thinks it's done it's job.. It's past time to go home, I'll figure a different way to get the job done Monday. I haven't gotten too far into this program, I may just go back to 2021 for it.

    I tried that, it didn't work. I even shut my PC completely down, still no joy. My reseller can project it, y'all can project it, why in heaven's name can't I???

    Has the procedure for projecting wireframe to a surface changed in 2022? I've done this thousands of times in previous releases. PROJECT.mcam

    Be sure that both the Associative origin and Associative orientation boxes are checked.

    No. it's purely graphical. It works properly in optirough paths, verify & simulation. I often have the shaded view active on our setup sheets is the only reason I noticed it. Gave me a good laugh.

    I know that I had to modify most of my posts, developed from Mpmaster, because the pcomment2 postblock has this line in it: if gcode$ = 1006, n$, pspc, scomm$, e$ I changed it to this: if gcode$ = 1006, n$, pspc, scomm$,"", e$ I realize I could probably just remove the "pspc" but at the time I wasn't sure if that would cause any other issues.

    A square peg in a round hole. This is a 2019 program that I made changes to. For some reason the shaded stock does not match the stock page.

    It's not cutting to the bottom of the deepest feature because you haven't set the maximum depth correctly. Your deepest feature is at Z-0.7475, but you have your maximun depth set to Z-0.62875.

    James, you say how you really feel, instead of beating around the bush. All those repressed & pent up feeling aren't healthy.

    In the "Model Geometry" tab, set Floor Stock to 0.0

    You could copy the solid to a different layer & use Model Prep to remove the fillets.
