  1. Use a manual entry with an m30 so it rewinds before it gets to the end of program output.
  2. Check in the peof block That is the end of file area. It may say sg53 "Z0* or "G53 Z0" you could change the z0 to your value
  3. Mp.master checks for comp on arcs and Camplete does as well
  4. Make sure you're in 2D construction mode and analyze intersection to intersection. Or project curves to a plane and measure
  5. Also we switched all the workstations to windows 10
  6. It's all roughing working now. But it eliminated all the depth cuts on one so the cutter went to the next path with 1 inch of solid stock there. Luckily I switched to an end Mill and not the previous insert Mill
  7. If you put the cursor on the top line you want and scroll to the last line you want hold shift and click it will select those
  8. We have 2 files that have run for a couple years now with open pocket cycles. All of a sudden mastercam is removing large sections of these paths. I thought it was Camplete at first but if I post it out thru mastercam it is missing there also. Turning off finish passes seems to fix the issue. I never use open pockets but others do and these files are reposted for other machines all the time without issue before this. The tool path display shows the full path The only new thing is the computers have internet so we can move to Autodesk Camplete. Could they have updated automatically?
  9. Set your default lead in for slot milling to less than 180 degrees. Same for circle Mill. And don't use high speed transitions
  10. Good luck, we're all counting on you.
  11. If you have the memory shift the points randomly
  12. Linux CNC does this. I believe it's g64.1 pxxxx for your corner rounding tolerance
  13. Your misc integers are not right. Check out the control def and op defaults When you open a file and it's like that edit comon parameters and set to post defaults for misc integers
  14. You can do axis locking and quadrant machining if that's the case
  15. Yeah the sram is super fast. Our matsuuras with the 840 have to execute from the hard disk over a meg too.
  16. If you have camplete you can linearize it and it will do axis substitution. One time I did alter generic 4 axis post to rotate about z and I was able to do what you're trying.
  17. You can use the select right click feature to pick all of the ops with a specific tool. But it's easier to update the tool size and description
  18. You can add the spaces back in with cimco
  19. Ok, I'm pretty sure they installed a new PLC so they probably changed some stuff.
  20. It did clear. The head ends up pretty far over
  21. Yes. Toolpath wouldn't back save but the file would
