  1. If you have the memory shift the points randomly
  2. Linux CNC does this. I believe it's g64.1 pxxxx for your corner rounding tolerance
  3. Your misc integers are not right. Check out the control def and op defaults When you open a file and it's like that edit comon parameters and set to post defaults for misc integers
  4. You can do axis locking and quadrant machining if that's the case
  5. Yeah the sram is super fast. Our matsuuras with the 840 have to execute from the hard disk over a meg too.
  6. If you have camplete you can linearize it and it will do axis substitution. One time I did alter generic 4 axis post to rotate about z and I was able to do what you're trying.
  7. You can use the select right click feature to pick all of the ops with a specific tool. But it's easier to update the tool size and description
  8. You can add the spaces back in with cimco
  9. Ok, I'm pretty sure they installed a new PLC so they probably changed some stuff.
  10. It did clear. The head ends up pretty far over
  11. Yes. Toolpath wouldn't back save but the file would
  12. Ended up using two clamps in the back wings and using a push vice in the front. Used a tslot saw to make a bolting flange/false bottom. It weighed 550 pounds and when a was at -90 when I pushed down on it the servo load reduced even more. The trunion is a heavy piece.
  13. We called them this morning. The old macros were still in there so it would grab the wrong one if you were in a different directory. It's up and running now
  14. It's certainly possible. Our yasdas are like that. Machine zero of the center in x and y but it zero returns to the positive side at the end of travel
  15. No. Nothing in that area We have an email into them I just wanted to see if anyone knew from experience
  16. It's not not mapped in the 6070 parameters It is for the laser tool setter. It'll work and then randomly hangs up on m314. I just started working again and then hangs up again.
  17. Has anyone had to repair any of these? I think our shop ogre forced it backwards instead of dialing it around 23 hours. It Loses a few hours every week. I don't know what the mechanism looks like inside is it repairable?
