In the work offset screen scroll over eih the right arrow until the work error button comes up.
This is the g54.4 active workpiece function.
If your using camplete you should be able to indicate the part and go with the tilting work plane. The nc format they gave you should use Twp and the tpc
Have you adjusted them at all? Usually they come in pointing straight down.
We use haimer 1/8 shrink holders and the short er20 and have not had issues
I also hit the select all button then the bottom left one in between the lock and ghost twice this will turn the all on then off. Then I hit the one in your arrow.
I'll have to read up on how to do that. If I can find it I'll add it in
This machine, these tools aren't removed the probe has an anti rotation lock in the pocket. And tool 31 is the dynavision calibration standard. So we never touch them
Its only me and another guy. And only his one machine has this hsk spindle.
It may be a few clicks but you can you right click, select by op type and pick stock model. Then toggle display icon?
This should select all stockmodels
So I found a thread about probing and was able to test it out today in our own machine.
I used the following to prevent spindle rotation call and would like to add tool 30. It is a cleaning tool and the machine doesn't want to have an m3 or m5 when the spindle air starts
Can I simply add a third one for tool 30? Or would that be sloppy.
In the t32 start block i put a flag with the probe on macro so the retract would output the probe off macro if tool 32 was in the spindle so i can't really use the tool 32 start block
Here is my basic format
if t$ = 32,
[
output your start block with no speed call
Probe on macro , probe on flag
]
else,
[
output your start block with speed
]
in the retract block if the probe on flag is on the probe off macro is output using the if, else argument
I used to be able to end the chain with the E button, since x9 update it seems to not work.
We haven't moved up to 2017 so I'm just curious if they brought it back or if it's a hotkey I have to fix
I like the early fanuc like the 6 and 11 m. You could throw it in single block and edit the next line without a reset.
The gtech has some nice features, like if you stop and move the table, it will move back so long as you don't hit reset. But the Siemens tech would battle that thing every time he came it. It also has a little lag and a couple guys have deleted tools from the magazine from pushing buttons too much
I used to hate manual guide I but since the matsuura defaults to it I have started to like it. I use it on the over fanuc controls too
Higher concentration may help. Throughout the day the temperature of the coolant will climb, especially if the chassis wash and high pressure coolant run for a long period of time. I don't know if it will affect the foaming point but it could
From what our dealer told us the quattro 400{I think) was the bare minimum. And open gl, whatever that means
One of our workstations had such a turd of a card the gears in the splash screen would skip and chatter as it loaded.
