If you're using 2 chains with syncing set, try turning the sync'ing off...generally it means that you have a sync type setup and it can be as simple as 1 chain has 12 points and the other has 14....
With "ugly" geometry, I will sometimes chain them and turn them into a spline
There's a couple things there to check
Mostly, you don't..
There are starting settings in some paths on the Parameters page but beyond that...the algorithm just does it thing.
You can cut them seprately and chain them in the order you want to get around it
I'm not 100% sure this is it, I can't find the original zip file I made but the file name is found in Dropbox, I had it backed up..
looks like it was 2018 so it'll need to be updated

As pointed out above, if a post is needed, through your both IHS and Postability work through your reseller.
You're not getting around them whichever way you decide to go
If it's thre "MT Product", get with your reseller there isn't muich you can do on the post end.....if it's Lathe/Mill combined for a mill turn, get with your post writer...
You have to chase this upstream
I'll mess with this when I get into the office later on but I don't think you're going to be able to use C Axis contour for that.....going to take a MIll path I believe
Microsoft .NET has caused many issues that I have seen over the years,
Several times I have had to uninstall it as far back as it will let and then reinstall startoing with older to newer versions...
Can't say for certain "that's it" but I have seen some strange issues with it over theyears.
