I went yesterday.

Overall the show seemed much smaller that previous years, but it looked like they had a

pretty good crowd yesterday.

The MC booth was good and always crowded.

I was hoping to see a preview of X. :-(

All of the machine vendors seemed to keep it pretty low key. Didn't see any jaw droppers at anybody's booth.

Sorry I missed you. I was in early, out early and back to the salt mines.

 

The show seems to get smaller evey year. Back in the early eighties, it was both floors of the Convention Center plus a big tent out front.

The really big machines went into the North Hall.

 

The machinery salemen made the rounds of all the shops before the show passing out VIP cards.

VIP cards got you admittance to the private bars

the dealers ran in their booths. cheers.gif

And then there were the bikini girls. How many guys out there remember the Acroloc girls??? rolleyes.gif

Well guys looks like I am not going to the show. I guess I will just have to make the push for IMTS is all. I think flying me out there would be cool. Sorry I was not able ot meet some of you guys even though I did my zt909(Jerry) last weekend. His wife does loans and has helped me tremdously and been a great help. She has been able to get me a alomt less than 3 week escrow no the house and that is saying alot if you have ever bought a house. I will put up a few pics once we get settled in. Well hope you guys are having fun at the show maybe see you at WEST-Tec next time around.

Sorry i did'nt say hi.

I remember seeing your name on a badge but you were

talking to someone. Hopefully we'll meet up another time. take care.

 

Who all is going thurs., i should be there when they open. Look forward to seeing you there.
