Are you trying to cut the Groove (undercut area) section or the slots?
The groove (undercut area) can be cut with a T-Slot/ Woodruff style cutter using a regular Contour Toolpath.
I am an educational user so you can't use my files!!
See the link to a video of how to do it.

You have some untrimmed geometry on level 3. I can get it to create the body if I partial chain the profile without the center red line. I did a revolved surface and created a solid from the revolved surface. Then did a Boolean remove.
With "Control" compensation the control on the machine offsets the amount for the tool diameter or radius, so the code coming out will be calculated at the actual dimension you are trying to cut. Use "Wear" and you can adjust the wear values on your machine to get the correct size.
One example is a B axis and one is an A axis. You need to post a valid Mastercam ziptogo file and state the Machine you are trying to setup.
This is posted in the wrong forum as well.
Possibly a new function could be added for your request. The method with X through it allows you to modify the geometry and attributes, this is quite handy!
@Aaron Eberhard Can you do this just in the Control Definition by checking the "Covert rapid to maximum feedrate" in the Feed area? Then set the max feedrate in the Machine Definition. Or does it need to be done in the post?
