For some reason it wants to post 1.0 for the Q Which should be q.03937 in this case
This is for a fadal format2
I know I've done it this way in the past but I cant remeber what I changed.
Thanks in advance..
Is nesting standard in x3 mu1 or is it an add on. I can click the icons but nothing happens. Is there a certain way to approach using nesting that I’m doing incorrectly.........?
Any help would be great thanks...
Just import the operations for both part a and part b in one program. Then you can use transform tool path to off set for vise 1,2,3,4
Offset G54,G55,G56,G57
When you go to import the file look under options. I cant remember which one but there is an option that allows the surfaces to come in the color they were created. you have to go file open select the type, then click the option button down towards the file name area. That should do it......
You should be able to go to setting/confi/files/default ops/ and change that location to your x3/mill/opps/inch or metric what ever is your standard.......
Is there a way using transform toolpath to alternate between tool offsets? For instance can I go from offset 1 to 2 and then 2 then back to one instead of going 1 to 2 and then 1 to 2?
I hope I'm explaining this good enough.
Thanks
Hey I was looking at the miyano ABX-51TH2 - Turning 5-10 Axis. I would guess that I should start looking at part maker?????? currently I've only programed a Haas sl20 with the live tools. Which is practically nothing when you look at this baby......Any heads up would be great to what I'm getting my self into......
