  1. I would look here in the pltchg$ block. it is forcing x and y , but seems to be missing a couple e$ or brackets result = newfs(15, feed) #Reset the output format for 'feed' # pbld, n$, *t$, sm06, e$ else, t$ = t$ + 2000, pbld, n$, *t$, "M06", e$, pbld, n$, "T102", e$ pindex sav_absinc = absinc$ if mi1$ > one, absinc$ = zero if use_rot_lock & (cuttype <> zero | (index = zero & prv_cabs <> fmtrnd(cabs))), prot_unlock if convert_rpd$, pconvert_rpd # pcan1, pbld, n$, [if gcode$, *sgfeed], *sgcode, *sgabsinc, pwcs, pfxout, pfyout, pfcout, [!!!!!! e$ possibly here!!!!!!] pcan1, pbld, n$, [if gcode$, *sgfeed], *sgcode, *sgabsinc, pwcs, pfxout, pfyout, [if nextdc$ <> 7, *speed, *spindle], pgear, [if gcode$, *feed], strcantext, e$ if use_rot_lock & cuttype = zero, prot_lock pbld, n$, sg43, *tlngno$, pfzout, pscool, pstagetool, e$ absinc$ = sav_absinc pbld, n$, sgabsinc, e$
  2. If you surface it with a large bull mill with a larger radius you can get a decent finish with a good step over. If you are trying not to stress the part or need a very nice finish you may want to use the angle plate.
  3. Try to link them with a multi axis linking tool path. It will allow you to select a cylinder to avoid during positioning
  4. It does this on 5 axis drill too. When we called they said verify doesn't really do that properly. In 2018 it gives a warning as you enter verify stating it doesn't simulate multi axis drilling. If we program it all separate planes it works fine
  5. Our matsuura calles up g68.2 then 53.1 then g69 then g43.4 if I recall
  6. Put the total tolerance at .0001 And I slid the left hand slider all the way to the right. This posted all my Ellipsis as arcs
  7. I think you can get there from the exclamation point in the files where you select the machine or from the control definition
  8. Go to the op defaults. Edit and select all, edit common parameters, set your linking height
  9. Why doesn't he like where it's located. As an end-user don't we only care about the NC file I would consider trying to alter the format of the NCI file a hoop to jump through no?
  10. We have 1604 bit zero on and the install guys put the g5.1q0 in the settings sub program. But the ots macro where it spins the tool to touch off isn't working. The guy is coming to look at it but I may try turning the parameter off to see if it makes a difference
  11. The .0001 could just be rounding math And there is probably a switch to output the g28 line . Or maybe there is a misc integer that is set
  12. Break the arc at 12oclock. Or you can change the start point by right clicking the chain.
  13. We had to turn it off in the RenaShaw settings program because it was making the probing Cycles work incorrectly
  14. Do you have to restart it afterwards or does it come back on on the next block?
  15. Mine have always renumbered automatically when moving them around. I havent noticed anything different in 2018
  16. I did this for a part with a bunch of elipse. I put the tolerance at .0001 and the upper left slider all the way to the right.
  17. You can try a stock model, the a rest machine surface high speed
  18. For lage production runs I offset a bunch of chains the length I want and chain my way down. Smaller quantities I break it up in depths and shorten the lead in at the top cahins
  19. I would also try it with a G 91 added to that second G30 line. I think I've seen these things do some weird stuff when it wasn't specified in each line
  20. The other thing can be that the 2nd return position in the machine is set wrong. Normally g30 can be a pallet change position, tool change position of any position you set into the parameters Z is probably set to a large negative value
  21. Yea, the guy next to me has the only win 10 computer. He is always swearing at it.
