I have a Mitsubishi AJX Hi-feed cutter and it works very well on Steels and Stainless.
Are there any latest greatest cutters for Aluminum?
No preference on makes just want some ideas.

Also check out Doosan they are heavy duty. Look at the overall weight of the machines you are looking at to give you an idea of how robust they are.

You need to open mastercam then click on Art then click on trace image - raster to vector. Then click no. Then select the image you want to try and bring into mastercam. Then follow the steps.

Welcome to the forum!
As Tom as mentioned these are great resources to learn from. There are a ton of people here that are willing to help as well.
The first thing you need to focus on with the software is the CAD (drawing) side of the program unless you are drawing or importing from another program. After that you need to focus on the CAM side of the software to pick your toolpaths and machining strategies that suit you requirements and that suit the capabilities of type of CNC machine that you intend on using. In order to convert the toolpaths into usable gcode you will need a post processor for the specific machine and control that you are generating the gcode for. Read the FAQ of the forum regarding these.
As for operating a machine you are best to learn from somebody with a lot of experience on that machine/ control while starting out. One mistake can be very costly in machine repairs.
Go on youtube and search CNC crashes and have a look at the results.

Download Gadwin printscreen (shareware) and capture your screen shot.
Get a photobucket (or similar) account and upload your image and copy the IMG tags and paste into your post/ reply.

I have no issues with the coolant (must be V9 as my post was updated from that).
I have learned that there are issues/ bugs with most software....it is a competitive market and I am sure CNC software knows this ans is trying to maintain market share.
I understand that you pay good money for a program and you should not have to do their quality control but there are lots of choices/ options for other Cad/Cam software. There are free cad/cam programs out there to try as well.

I checked it out. I get 1.5" rad. To check it another way do this. On a new level and colour -create- curve on all edges- then turn off all other levels then analyze.
I did this and get 1.5" rad again.

You can export from Adobe Illustrator as a .DXF.
Send the file over and I will do it for you if you don't have Illustrator.

Not sure if I am reading this correctly or not...if you have a cutter with the correct rad on it just contour the ID and OD. If you do not have a rad cutter and you want to put the rad on with another end mill (ball) you will need to create a rad on your solid or surface and machine from them.
I Use as many 2d toolpaths as possible when programing.
If you have a screen shot of your drawing post it and you will get more guys responding.
Not sure if you are using solids or surfaces? If you are using solids create surfaces from the solid on another level then you can extend the surface if needed.
I prefer surfaces for machining.
