believe it or not:
check and see if you are running any of the logitech software for your mouse / spaceball
I talked with tecj support and I did believe it but it really did work once it was uninstalled
david:
I don't believe aggregate is supported with mill..only router has this been available..
I do however see many people using "right angle heads" in mill.. We use one ourselves
IwoaJim:
typo -- was supposed to be M198 (I had program right just not in forum)
James:

Dareman;
thank you.. it is for converting a "espirit" user to Mastercam... it was the "only" thing holding them back on the sale
In the past I have talked to Roger Martin at CNC Software and he has mentioned that its on the list to get done
Hey:
Under the misc. integers... I have G28 X0., G28 Y0, or G28 X0.Y0.
pretract
etc etc
pbld, n$, sgabsinc, *sg28ref, "Z0.", e$
g28_rtrn = prv_mi7$ #Set flag for safe toolchange position
pbld, n$, *sg28_rtrn, e$
Then make a string select like this...
#Safe Toolchange Position
sg280
sg28X0 "G28 X0." #reference return in "X"
sg28Y0 "G28 Y0." #reference return in "Y"
sg28XY0 "G28 X0. Y0." #reference return in "X" and "Y"
sg28_rtrn #Target string
fstrsel sg280 g28_rtrn sg28_rtrn 4 -1
Hope this helps....

Charmilles Robofil 2050TW.. I have a Charmilles Robofil 4020 (charmille control)/ 440CC (fanuc)and finally a 240 CC with fanuc control
Call me if you need something
make a variable of depth = depth*-1
but make sure you reset it back.. so your other "Z" values don't invert the number
If you need help... please e-mail me.. I have done a couple of posts for these controls
Guys:
it is like our old version of "cnc reg"... standard windows -vs- mastercam... I have seen this also... If it is set to Mastercam ... there is a huge delay...by setting it to "standard windows"... it opens rather quickly...
In Mastercam "X" the 'cnc reg" is part of the control panel in Windows...
I also recently had one that the customer wanted the "mastercam" (bitmap) but it was slow to open... I went to the hardware accelerator and changed it to "one click" above none.. it worked... Hmm dumb luck I guess... but it worked
Hope I can help
same thing... In X2 it's on the page where you fill in speeds/ feeds coolant etc.. just below it click on "force toolchange"... (just above the comment field)
James:
come on you know the drill... it comes down to return on investment... quick buck so they can spend it on other areas of development... unfortunatly it has been too long
Lars:
Manual entry was changed quite a bit... you can copy the Pcomment 2 post block form the generic 3 axis mill post and copy it into your "v8" post... a couple of simple little edits and your on your way... if you have any questions, please give a a shout...
