IMTS is like the "super bowl" of tool shows BUT even better because it only happens once every two years (and there is no football involved). I bet you can't find 10 members here that would say "naaa, I don't want to go to that".

 

It is more exciting than Cedar point or Kings island to a machinist. If you have never been, you have to go!

There's around 8 of us going Monday and Tuesday to look at all sorts of tech. Mills, Lathes, tooling, lasers, stamping tech, all sorts of stuff. Should be a blast.

While we’re in Chicago for IMTS 2012, we will be hosting our first-ever official “Mastercam Meet up.” This is a great opportunity for us to chat with our customers and for you to grab the ears of some key staffers. We would love to hear about what you do and what you think about the software. We have no agenda and no real plans, but if you want to come and just hang out with the Mastercam crew, we would love to spend some time with you off the trade show floor.

 

We’ll be at the Sweetwater Tavern and Grill on Thursday, September 13th from 7-9 PM. We’ll all be wearing our Mastercam shirts and the name badges. Please join us for a drink or two and share some great conversation. Who knows…you might even score some Mastercam swag!

Some IMTS follow-up just got of the phone with VP Brain Summer of CNC software we will be interviewing him about CNC Software.

Along with Tom Shelar of Cad-cam consulting services about Mastercam and his envolvment with Racing industry.

And another one of your Froum friends Jimmy Wakeford of Barefoot CNC we will speaking with Jimmy about Mastercam and manufacturing trainning of the future and past.

 

We will be also stiopping in at the Mastercam Education booth and meeting with Will Slota of education and talking with him about mastercam and our schools.
