Saw something just like that in Vegas a few weeks ago. They were burning 3d images into crystal cubes from photos inside NY/NY. I think I need to go back Can anyone say " Business trip" PEACE

+1 Scott In my days I have yet to find a canned demo that tastes very good. If they can't find the time to give you a demo in your house, then thats probably how good your supports going to be. Plus you get e-mastercam for the same price. Ask them if they got support like that. THATS WHAT I THOUGHT PEACE

You can machinine the pockets pretty quick, its the .01r thats going to, as millman said, be a real problem.Wire I would say is out of the ?, due to the fact the there are 13 pockets. If you can't ask for larger corner rad. i'd say sinker EDM is the way to go. PEACE -

Thats actually part of the beauty of hard machining. "That should'nt work" is thrown straight out the window. You'll take lighter, faster cut at much higher surface footage. At those speeds coolant will create stress fractures at your cutting edge. Besides TiAln wants to cut hotter than normal. Actually TiAln is what you want. You will be able to shoot for the 400-600 sfm range. If your machine is up to the task. Air , No coolant. PEACE
