  1. I would use dynamic or pocket highspeed which ever is faster. I would try both high step over shallow cut and full depth light radial and see the time difference. then a separate zigzag finish pocket at final depth to get your floor finish.
  2. That's what i do, then i make a stock model from job setup. it is usually faster this way for me
  3. I get that if I try and tap with a drill or a spot drill.
  4. Advanced drill should be able to do this
  5. Sounds like you chained some that are a little lower and using incremental depths
  6. our dealer did this with a post for our feeler pallet. it was done with a flag when m62 is put in the manual entry to signify pallet 2 it switches output to m62 for each tool change this is to prevent misoperation. you have to try hard to run the wrong pallet this is a snippet of the tool change block if pallet_flg = 1, pbld, n$, "M62", "(PALLET B)", e$ else, pbld, n$, "M61", "(PALLET A)", e$
  7. There is a line if1021=1goto300 Return from mc in the 9002macro. It's on that line I think when it empties the machine when I try a quick dwell program
  8. The date is 2 2022. None of the pallets are set to continuous. Coolant 112is the alarm https://postimg.cc/zH7KmSBP
  9. 35v It's brand new. I can grab the date tomorrow. Yes it's not in standby mode as far as I know the program #1 ends. It shuts down and then the automatic timer starts the machine back up. Our other 35v never leaves the machine empty. If I turn the coolant neglect button on I can run the warm-up program while it's empty
  10. after the last pallet in the que is run it puts it in the pallet rack leaving the machine empty. it gives an alarm about coolant I'm guessing because the draw mechanism is exposed
  11. Is it a simple parameter or is it more involved? It's preventing the auto warmup
  12. WHen i do it it is G43.4 otherwise it would have to be perfectly aligned to the center of rotation
  13. Can you rotate incremental? It's good if you want to surface something on 3+2 Nevermind, I'm thinking of plane from gview
  14. One guy at our shop face milled it at 8000 rpm without coolant and the shop smelled turrable for half a day.
  15. I used a sandvic heavy metal arbor for a job. I got 9 inches of reach if I recall. I held it in a nikken slim chuck. It had all sorts of heads you could screw in
  16. I don't use automatic wcs numbering and set all mine to zero. Then it's all g54.
  17. I would copy the model and push pull to a stick size and optirest with the desired material cut depths
  18. i thought it was held together by cohesion
  19. Dynamic 2D not peel make an od circle for machining region make the part profile the avoidance
  20. If it's an angles wall Mastercam will average it out as you are telling it 2 different stock to leaves for that feature. You can use a containment boundary to controller wall stock also
  21. it is yelling at me for trying i need it to look like this. m187 m50 i know i can use canned text but this would be more streamlined
  22. The fine print on the kitamura says basically you need to have it in a lab. We have all matsuuras and anything with a true position of less than .002 we usually make a probing sub program and not use the tilted work plane. It has no problem holding with the probes. i would get the 520 over the 330.
  23. We have 2 one with the manual guide i and one with the ihmi control. When running a program from Camplete this isn't a problem because with all the twp command it eats up some time. But if I'm probing at a0 then come up to a90 and clamp and probe more. The a axis load meter climbs upt into a servo alarm with the disconnect error. Matsuura has a bulletin for it and they came and adjusted it. But it still happens. We run out machines at 50% rapid. If you go to 100 it gets worse. If I put a dwell before the clamp it doesn't happen.
