New X+ version

Hi,

 

I made some changes on the setupsheet and the tool list.

 

- perfomance optimized (much faster now)

- more fields in the header (machine group, group comment, material)

- tool-list now with header (like setupsheet)

- cycle-time, ZMin and ZMax added in tool-list

 

format_sheet.xlt has been tweaked for the new setupsheet.

 

You may need to tweak your excel templates as well.

Thank you! I like the tool list output allot better. This just keeps getting better and better. Now I just wish that I knew how to use excel so I could make a decent template.

Very Nice, Thank you Gunther. The only thing we have noticed so far is that when you create "Tool List" for more than one drill it seems to output drill tip angle "118" for the depth, but if you create a tool list for just one drill its ok. Thought that was a little odd.

I have X+ already in c-hook directory and when I download new setup sheet file from this thread link it give the error while installing

Delete what is already IN the folder for X+ and try it again

Thanks John, I did the way you said and the installation get successfull. Setup sheet which show in the image, Is this shows latest one or it still refelecting the old one. I did not use earlier setupsheet and I can not say whether the new changes incorporated in this.

Thanks Gunther! I am getting a "1hr logo" picture on top of my comment boxes that I cant figure out how to turn off? Also If I bring it into excel and make the changes like I want how would I save a excell template so it would load it back all the time? I've always just been using the html sheet.

To change the logo take out the logo.gif in the main mastercam folder or change it to your logo. It is not in the X+ folder, but the C:MCAMX folder.

When I go to customize I get an error cant find cd_comparecd and gexversion.dll. I can't see any difference in my mcam x version and x2 mr1 version in explorer. Any ideas?

click the arrow icon at the top of the op manager. you can set it there.

tl_dia in the setupsheet coming in two digits. How I can bring in 3 digit value?.My second question is, If the tool do the multiple operation in a row in the operation manager how I can bring the tool description coming once in the setupsheet instead of repeated information. Any help will be appreciated.
