A new Verisurf tool has been added to make 3D PDF files from your Mastercam model.

I have dowloaded it on my PC and just love what you guys did.

 

We only have a problem with the WCS axis. If you select to not see them, they will show again once you start mastercam X6 again.

I had the original installed and the WCS axis did not come on the first time I launched

They were turned off in Preferences and would not come on when I enabled them... so I hit "Restore Factory Setting"

That turned them on... and it sticks when I turn them off again.

With the new X7 install if you turn on the WCS icon you will see it in Verify. look at picture.

Yes. I turned them all off, then on re-open they are checked again.

First off, nice tool. I've used something similar in other software and it comes in really handy.

Thanks for sharing this.

 

Now a quick question. Is there an option in the works to allow for adding notes to the grapghics view in the PDF? Say dimensioning, GD&T callouts, etc...

Would this be in a version other than a free download?

 

Maybe it's already in there and I just can't find it.
