when i use my mpsubrep pst i got off this site and i have multi drill ops with the same i,j ,k values it will leave the j out of the posted code on the ops following the first drill op but if the j is differnt then the first op it will post where can i find this and force it to post the values every time this was modified for peck drilling on our haas i just came across this issue ???thanks in advance ......
i just read about a company in this or last mounths trade mags that specilizes in that type of work ????ill look around thay bought a machine just for doing stuff like that
that was fun lets doit once a mounth ???start with the shirt
then maybe a free post
then a copy of design
then level 1
then level one with lathe
then level 2 with wire then
full blown level 3 with lathe wire and solids ...how about it ????
ive made a stop that fits the c-sink out of plastic and csunk the hole buy hand and relied on the stop to controll the depth on a casting job..im sure not much help on a part that long !!
thats rite ours is a manual setup ..as far as craig had said about the z travel see if you can get the extended z from the factory thats what we did before we designed our pallet setup we use it on two machines extended z and a thin table so you dont lose too much in the z
we use a midaco pallet system here... but insteed of having that rack bolted to the front of the machine we made our own custom setup basicly we took there pallet rack and mounted it to a die table one on each side so you can pull one pallet out of the machine then swing the die table pallet system around and load the other pallet its great for swapping out vises to the rotary or pallet to another pallet but for production changes it gets alittle tiring rolling this several hundred pound pallet cart all day long if i get a chance ill post some photos its great for what we intended it for the best part is theres no big rack bolted to the front of the machine that you have to climb over all the time and you can do machine change overs in minutes ...
theres always something new to learn tell him this is time well spent $$$learn it now from a pro or fumble thru the book later scratching you head later it all cost money$$$$
what machine are you posting code for???what controller???? give him code for what you do now with the understanding its gonna need some tweeking as you progress into 4th axis and beond >>>
if your bringing them in as you convert from a different format just say no when it askes you to (delete currnt part) we do this al the time bringing in parts from solid works !!!
the machine that haas sells in europe cant be turned off this way some thing to do with CE???its the same as the door open overide on a regular haas setting 51 like was said before that button sucks and we also turn it off every morning at start up as well as the door open overide on the enclosed machines
i had some issues in solid drill i went back in to change some drill depth and from inc to abs and would continually lock up and never had this before mr105 ????
