here are two new CHooks for Mastercam v9.1.

 

ncdatasheet.dll

creates and EXCEL or HTML setup sheet documentation from toolpath operations.

- fast

- user def. settings

- EXCEL or HTML output

- Screenshots, Logos

- Supports also CIMCOs HSM version 104

 

chgnci.dll

use this CHook to rename nci file names in the OP Manager. You have options for Groups, active OPs or all.

Or do I unzip it to th chooks dir.???

With the ncdatasheet.dll ......How can u get it to output just the tool list in cronological order, instead of having an entry for each operation.???

you can edit the html sheet.

in ie when your viewing the tool sheet. go to view in the menu. click on source. that will bring you into notepad. now just delete the extra lines of opps you dont want. save the file and close notepad. that puts you back in ie. now hit the refresh button and there you are

HOWEVER BY DOING THIS ONCE; WILL IT DEFAULT SO THAT IT ONLY ENTERS THE SPECIFIC TOOL NUMBER IN THE LIST ONCE???

it outputs what is checked in the opps manager.

I hate to be the only one to have problems, but when I run the ncdatasheet.dll it shuts down MC9 right now. no if, and or but's about it.

Do you use HSM from Cimco? If yes, which version?

This could be the problem with ncdatasheet.dll as well as MCUtils... (just guessing)

The OS is XP Pro and Mastercam 9.1 with the latest maintains stuff installed. i do have the HSM installed on the pacutor but it is a demo that does not work anymore. 04.13.49 i think is the version the date of the hsm.dll is 4-22-04 .

Try to delete all hsm stuff from your chooks folder.
