Hi All,
What are you guys using for converting CATIA files to Boeing D6-51991 "Quality Assurance Standard for Digital Product Definition" I am after some info on what the forum considers a best practice for this
Dave,
Looky here

I tried Machining cloud here, seems to work fine, there are plenty of tooling options. The zip files import nicely although we need to make a few edits to the holders for them to work correctly in machine sim at the moment.
Dave,
Both Postabilty and Inhouse can link the machine sim to the post if you need that functionality, you will need to go thru either one of the 2 Vic dealers to buy the post.
What control do you have?
M960 will give you shortest path on the later P200L and P300L
The control will not like the D value on the G41 line you will need to use the tool offset T040404
Jeff,
I think you will need to have this one as well
one_revr : 1 #Limit 3+2 rotary positioning? (0 = No, 1 = 0 to 360, 2 = -180 to 180, -1 = -360 to 0)
Jeff,
I guy down the road has an MB56 and the same table, his post outputs the attached code for the 3rd last operation
#401 FORM X9 PROG 5 AXIS 2 AM.MIN
