I had this a few days ago, Windows 10 2004 was the culprit here, Mastercam 2021 RTM runs great, as soon as you install update 1 we had blue screens. The fix was to install the latest HASP drivers. Even if you use a software license you still need the HASP driver
Hi All,
I have been running some test on a new DMU50 with a TNC640 with 5AX swarf and cutter compensation, so far, I have not managed to get a result. I suspect either my format is incorrect, or I have not entered the tool radius values into the tool table in the correct spot. Has anybody managed to get this to work?
I have tried these different formats

They all seem to load and run but not actually offset the tool at all. Has anybody managed to get this to work?
Yes correct, the G53 Z0 comes from the post. I think that code looks good. The post cannot know your setup or what holes you are drilling next and if there will be interference, so post guys er on the side of caution and add the retract in between the holes. Some posts have a retract switch add into the Misc Reals. maybe your does?
That one is not connected to the machine and control def. You can change the settings around to run a BC output, Are you running G169 and CALL OO88 from that post? If yes you may need to do some work in there as well if you are running a 3+2 safe approach for 5 axis
