We are replacing a cat 40 spindle in one of our A66. A hsk 63 showed up. Would have been nice but needed to change the wine rack and tool changer as well.
Matthew Hajicek™ - Conventus what tapper and RPMS are you using??? I think the centrifugal force changes the tappers. The research I have seen HSK gets rid of this.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, send it back !!! Welcome to the world of machining. Depending on time, I like to repair model. But if in a time restriction, use stock to leave. I always compare model to print before anything is done.
