we updated to update 3 and now if i leave the computer when i come back its at the restart recovery screen. it happens a few times a day. it doesn't seem to give a warning.
i had one drawing where they dimensioned the center of the .125 radii in the corners of the triangle pockets instead of wall intersections so i couldn't use much of the radius tolerance . i had to use a 6mm endmill for it.
I would use dynamic or pocket highspeed which ever is faster. I would try both high step over shallow cut and full depth light radial and see the time difference.
then a separate zigzag finish pocket at final depth to get your floor finish.
our dealer did this with a post for our feeler pallet. it was done with a flag
when m62 is put in the manual entry to signify pallet 2 it switches output to m62 for each tool change
this is to prevent misoperation. you have to try hard to run the wrong pallet
this is a snippet of the tool change block
if pallet_flg = 1, pbld, n$, "M62", "(PALLET B)", e$
else, pbld, n$, "M61", "(PALLET A)", e$
There is a line if1021=1goto300
Return from mc in the 9002macro. It's on that line I think when it empties the machine when I try a quick dwell program
35v
It's brand new. I can grab the date tomorrow.
Yes it's not in standby mode as far as I know the program #1 ends. It shuts down and then the automatic timer starts the machine back up.
Our other 35v never leaves the machine empty.
If I turn the coolant neglect button on I can run the warm-up program while it's empty
after the last pallet in the que is run it puts it in the pallet rack leaving the machine empty. it gives an alarm about coolant I'm guessing because the draw mechanism is exposed
