  1. Right click, 2nd or 3rd option down should be 'Extract all...'
  2. I take it you do not have the flexibility to use your preferred version.
  3. You can expand the features window height, not by much thou, maybe double the height or so. Hover mouse on bottom edge of the features window, mouse should change to double arrow up and down then drag
  4. No harm done fella, to each their own.
  5. For me it depends on the situation. For prototypes and one offs I will create toolpath groups for each op. If I have a multi vise setup where each vise is a different op then my toolpath groups are tool based with sub groups for each tool op and make sure to change work co-ords (G54, G55, etc) within each sub-group.
  6. Try these, I cant guarantee they will work. haas VF3 - VF-3_AXES_X_LG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_AXES_Y_LG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_BASE_DG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_BASE_LG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_DOOR_RIGHT_DG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_TC_SMTC_RED-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_AXES_Z_AAG_DG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_AXES_Z_DG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_AXES_Z_PCOOL_LG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_DOOR_LEFT_DG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_ENCLOSURE_LG-1.STL haas VF3 - VF-3_TC_SMTC_DG-1.STL
  7. uhm... I think he just called you all fat...
  8. How do you set up a u-drill in tool manager for lathe? I have d/loaded step basic which shows as a rotating tool which it won't be. OR is it set up like a boring bar?.
  9. Not to sound facetious or anything, but do you not have a choice as to what version you can use. I use 2022 when helping out the router/5 axis dept because they use it but I prefer using and still use 2020 for my own stuff.
  10. Make a copy of your program and move copy to 'transfer' file (so you can still open original nc file if needed) Click on name to change high light the .nc part and re name to .mil You will get an error message saying you wont be able to open file with that extension.... ...go 'pffft I do what I want' You now have a file that can be transfered The problem with this is that extension might not be in the list if it is not recognized.
  11. This is something I have been doing since coming back to Mastercam 3 years ago, although there are times I forget to switch which is often followed by a few 'polite' words and some clicking of the back (undo) button.
  12. I think the lay out configs are stored locally on the C drive so they should open the way you set them for the individual machines.
  13. It's not that the rad has increased it is more that your profile has been offset the amount to leave, i.e. .02". You will see the exact same thing if you were to offset your cad profile by .02". If I wanted a reasonable match in the rad then leave less material to take of on the faces. I generally leave .02" on Dia (x) and .003 -.005" in Z.
  14. I think they are looking at American pricing. For individuals like you and I we are fortunate enough to get Canadian gouging factored in.
  15. I broke the chains into individual chains (pic 1) and then added avoidance faces(orange in pic 2) which are the top and 'pocket walls, the walls are probably not needed, then it generated. It cannot do the full loop because the top surface is in the way. I did this in 2022 as i don't have 2021 loaded so i haven't included your file
  16. I suggest keeping a backup copy of your 'My Mastercam' folder as well as the shared folder containing control and machine defs and posts. Every time I make a change to my config I back it up.
  17. It would be helpful if you could share a file, that way others can play along.
  18. This is behaving as it should for me. I too did some playing around to see if it would break but it did not. I dont see what fix QC could start for an issue that does not seem to be consistent between users.
